Allow older LLVM versions to have missing components

This check was introduced by #77280 to ensure that all tests that are filtered by LLVM component are actually tested in CI. However this causes issues for new targets (e.g. #101069) where support is only available on the latest LLVM version.

This PR restricts the tests to only CI jobs that use the latest LLVM version.

check for `..` pattern in `redundant_pattern_matching`

The `redundant_pattern_matching` lint currently checks for `if let Some(_) = ...`, but not for `if let Some(..) = ...`.
This PR makes sure to also check for the `..` pattern in tuple structs.
It also found one such instance in clippy itself so that shows it's worth checking for this pattern as well 😅

c4e00f7bd5 rustdoc-search: add slices and arrays to index 
This indexes them as primitives with generics, so `slice<u32>` is
how you search for `[u32]`, and `array<u32>` for `[u32; 1]`.
A future commit will desugar the square bracket syntax to search
both arrays and slices at once.
