Rehome 30 `tests/ui/issues/` tests to other subdirectories under `tests/ui/` [#3 of Batch #2]

Part of rust-lang/rust#133895

Methodology:

1. Refer to the previously written `tests/ui/SUMMARY.md`
2. Find an appropriate category for the test, using the original issue thread and the test contents.
3. Add the issue URL at the bottom (not at the top, as that would mess up stderr line numbers)
4. Rename the tests to make their purpose clearer

Inspired by the methodology that `@Kivooeo` was using.

26c12c7462 Account for bare tuples in field searching logic
When looking for the field names and types of a given type, account for tuples. This allows suggestions for incorrectly nested field accesses and field name typos to trigger as intended. Previously these suggestions only worked on `ty::Adt`, including tuple structs which are no different to tuples, so they should behave the same in suggestions.

7d4d09eeeb Shorten span of panic failures in const context
Previously, we included a redundant prefix on the panic message and a postfix of the location of the panic. The prefix didn't carry any additional information beyond "something failed", and the location of the panic is redundant with the diagnostic's span, which gets printed out even if its code is not shown.

d00d4dfe0d Refactor dyn-compatibility error and suggestions
This CL makes a number of small changes to dyn compatibility errors:
- "object safety" has been renamed to "dyn-compatibility" throughout
- "Convert to enum" suggestions are no longer generated when there
exists a type-generic impl of the trait or an impl for `dyn OtherTrait`
- Several error messages are reorganized for user readability

Additionally, the dyn compatibility error creation code has been
split out into functions.

do not constrain infer vars in `find_best_leaf_obligation`

This ended up causing an ICE by making the following code path reachable by incorrectly constraining an inference variable while computing the best obligation for a preceding ambiguity. Closes #129444.

f2abf827c1/compiler/rustc_trait_selection/src/solve/fulfill.rs (L312-L314)

I have to be honest, I don't fully understand how that change removes all the additional diagnostics :3

Remove the "which is required by `{root_obligation}`" post-script in

65196ca4a9 Rollup merge of #130718 - jackh726:known-bug-cleanup, r=compiler-errors
Cleanup some known-bug issues

I went through most of the known-bug tests (except those under `tests/crashes`) and made sure the issue had the `S-bug-has-test` label and checked that the linked issue was open. This is a bunch of cleanups, mainly issues that have been closed and the tests should have been updated.

Importantly, there are many known-bug tests linking to #110395. This *probably* isn't right - that is a tracking issue. But I don't really know what the "right" thing to do here. Probably, most that are actually *supposed* to be tests for const trait need to be linked to *that* tracking issue. And any other tests that were mislabeled need to be handled accordingly e.g. #130482. cc `@fee1-dead`
