std: Collapse SlicePrelude traits

This commit collapses the various prelude traits for slices into just one trait:

* SlicePrelude/SliceAllocPrelude => SliceExt
* CloneSlicePrelude/CloneSliceAllocPrelude => CloneSliceExt
* OrdSlicePrelude/OrdSliceAllocPrelude => OrdSliceExt
* PartialEqSlicePrelude => PartialEqSliceExt
