New analyzer build pipeline

|
|
|
||
|
|
To run locally,
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- setup `config/pipeline.yml`
|
||
|
|
- ensure that there are `runc` and `img` binaries available in `./opt`
|
||
|
|
- run script to build manually e.g `bin/build_analyzer ruby`
|
